Runway

A new fascination had emerged from the deep sea. At Mary Katrantzou, tropical fish pixelated across taffeta cocktail dresses, while sugary seahorses, starfish and scallop shells played across Versace's Neoprene biker jackets and teeny tailored shorts. Waves trimmed Stella McCartney's ultramarine slip dresses and Peter Pilotto's flouncing skirts, while Giorgio Armani dived into myth and legend for sea goddess dresses that spelled enchantment.
Accessories don't escape the underwater world and Karl Lagerfeld's treasures for Chanel included a conch-shell clutch and signature pearls nestled in slick hair. At Givenchy, gilded shark teeth medallions were the trophies to covet.
